We want you to be fully satisfied with your Don Toliver gear, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached. Please note that limited edition drops and tour merchandise are final sale unless a defect is present.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Shipping Label
Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items in their original mailer.
Drop Off Package
Hand over your package to the designated carrier at any official drop-off location and ensure you receive a tracking receipt for your records.
Processing & Refund
After our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
